📋 Managing Jobs ▼

Tap the Jobs tab to see all active and upcoming projects.

Each job shows the client name, location, job value, and current status badge.

Tap "📍 Update Project Stage" on any job to expand the stage selector.

Tap the correct current stage — it saves automatically and updates the client's tracker in real time.

💡 The 7 stages in order: Quote Received → Estimate Approved → Deposit Paid → Materials Ordered → Work Begins → Final Walkthrough → Project Complete.

Customers tap the My Project tab (center bottom) to see their project status.

They enter their phone number and tap Look Up My Project to see the live timeline.

Whenever you update a stage in the Jobs tab, the customer sees it immediately — no refresh needed.

The tracker also shows contact buttons so the customer can call or text you directly from the app.

💡 Send customers the app link when a new job starts. Tell them to check their stage anytime — it builds trust and cuts "where are we at?" calls.

Tap the Supplies tab → Open Supply Estimator.

Select a job type (Kitchen, Bathroom, Flooring, etc.) from the pill buttons.

Enter the square footage (or linear feet for fencing, or window count). Quantities auto-calculate instantly.

Adjust any quantity manually by tapping the qty box. Remove items with ✕. Add custom items at the bottom.

Tap 🟠 Home Depot, 🔵 Lowe's, or 🔴 Ace on any item to open a live product search in the store's website.

💡 Use this BEFORE you quote a customer — know your supply cost so your labor margin is right.

📝 Quote Requests ▼

When a customer taps Quote, they first see a Price Calculator — they enter their service and sq footage to see a price range.

They then fill out the quote form: name, phone, email, service, address, budget, timeline, and project description.

After they submit, you'll receive their info and can follow up within 24 hours.

💡 When production is live, quote submissions will notify you by phone instantly (push notification).

👥 Client Directory ▼

Tap the Clients tab to see all your clients in one place.

Tap the phone icon to call a client directly from the app.

Tap the chat icon to open a text message to the client.

💡 In the full production app, clients are added automatically when a new quote is submitted — zero data entry needed.

Android / Chrome: When you open the app, an install banner appears at the bottom. Tap "Add to Home Screen".

iPhone / Safari: Tap the Share ⬆ button at the bottom, scroll down, tap "Add to Home Screen", then Add.

The app icon appears on your home screen — open it like any other app, no browser bar shown.
